Description

The seasonal markers in Asian tea culture provide the best signposts to feel the seasons according to the solar calendar. Thus, our ancestors referred to the first rain of spring or green tea harvested before the grain rains as Cheongmyeong tea or Ujeon, highly regarding it, and drank tea made from seasonal flowers like seasonal food. In keeping with this tradition, Tea House Seasonal aims to introduce teas that suit the season and the calendar. Experience the changes in tea flavors while enjoying blended tea and two kinds of traditional sweets. Afterwards, you will have an opportunity to reinterpret traditional sweets in the style of the season with your companion using the provided ingredients. Imagine the tea that pairs well with the tea you sampled that day and take time to make it yourself using the mooncake molds. You can take home the traditional sweets you made that day. Once you return home, enjoy the traditional sweets you created today and take time to pair it with the tea you think complements it.
