Travel by KTX high-speed train and continue around the city by private air-conditioned vehicle as you visit some of Korea’s most important historic sites. With round-trip train tickets, admission fees, and a dedicated guide included, this experience combines convenience with in-depth cultural discovery. On Day 1, meet at Seoul Station and board the KTX to Gyeongju. After arrival, begin exploring the city’s UNESCO-listed and historic landmarks. Visit Bulguksa Temple, one of Korea’s best-known Buddhist temples, then continue to Daereungwon, where large royal tombs reveal the legacy of the Silla rulers. See Cheomseongdae, one of the oldest surviving astronomical observatories in Asia, and take in the atmosphere around Woljeonggyo Bridge and Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond. At the end of the day, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Gyeongju. On Day 2, your driver will pick you up from the entrance of your hotel building and continue the journey through Gyeongju’s cultural highlights. Visit Gyeongju National Museum to view artifacts from the Silla period, then explore Gyochon Traditional Village for a closer look at local heritage and historic architecture. Spend time in Hwangnidan-gil, a lively area known for its mix of restored traditional buildings and contemporary shops and cafes. After the day’s sightseeing, return toward Seoul according to the final transportation arrangement. The tour finishes after the return journey from Gyeongju to Seoul.
