オーナーのJeongsook Choiは、過去20年間の料理の才能と経験で非常に有名です。また、彼女が個人的に集めたお皿に料理が芸術的に提供されます。彼女は、その場の目的、予算、好みに合わせた特別なメニューを提供しています。ライスやおかずが含まれる、9〜12品のコースメニューは、冷たくてシンプルなものから温かいものまで、肉と野菜、または辛いものとスパイシーなものを調和させています。
