Welcome to Avant Garde Rooftop Lounge & Bar in Gyeongnidan, Itaewon, Seoul! Make your summer nights fresh with icy drinks and cool views from this hip new rooftop lounge in trendy Gyeongnidan behind Itaewon.

Avant Garde began as a gallery and cafe, and is filled with sculptures, paintings, and glass pieces created by new artists for exhibition and sale. Instead of having the art deliberately displayed, Avant Garde Rooftop places the pieces naturally around the tables and seats to make them an integral part of the bar experience.

The bar is divided into two floors, with an indoor third floor and a rooftop on the fourth floor, which has maybe the best view of the Seoul N Tower in the neighborhood!

They have multiple uses for the rooftop, for example birthdays, parties, events etc. You can always enquire about this directly to Avant Garde. Just give them a call or write them an email.

The bar recommends its mojito and margarita for first-timers. We recommend a pizza or fried calamari with your cocktail and be prepared to wait for a seat at the upstairs rooftop if you show up on a fri-sat evening.

Operating hours are 17:00 - 02:00 on weekdays, and 12:00 - 02:00 on weekends.
