Description

Step into an intimate, hands-on Korean cooking experience in Seoul's Bukchon Hanok Village, where you are invited to create an entire Korean table rather than focusing on just one dish. After arriving at the studio, you’ll be warmly welcomed and introduced to the experience. You’ll be guided through the preparation of a complete Korean meal, learning how different elements come together to form a balanced table. The class focuses on everyday Korean home-style cooking, with attention to ingredients, techniques, and how each dish fits within the meal. As you cook, you’ll experience how a Korean table is built and shared, from rice and main dishes to seasonal side dishes, offering a clear look at how Koreans eat and dine together. Once the cooking is complete, everyone sits down to enjoy the full meal they’ve prepared, served as a proper Korean table meant to be shared. The class is held in a small group, allowing for clear guidance and interaction throughout the experience. All ingredients, equipment, and instruction are provided, and the activity begins and ends at the same Bukchon studio, making it a seamless way to cook, dine, and experience Korean food culture in Seoul.
