Description

Begin by meeting your instructor and hearing about the history of a traditional Korean drink. You will taste total 4 different types of drinks. Starting from Takju, the original wine, Makgeolli (Seasonal makgeolli), Seasonal White wine and finishing with distilled rice spirit Soju! Learn about the process of fermentation and the unique characteristics of this cloudy, sparkling rice wine. Next, prepare steamed rice, godubap, the foundation of the beverage. And add nuruk, a yeasty grain cake, and water to start the fermentation process. And filter the alcohol. Learn how to filter the alcohol and try the undiluted results. Finally, sample seasonal varieties of makgeolli and ask any questions you may have! Must be unforgettable experience in Seoul with Korean traditional beverage!
