Step into a cozy local home in the heart of Hongdae and discover Korea through its most iconic food, kimchi.
Over a cup of traditional Korean tea, you'll hear the story of my family's kimchi business and learn why kimchi is one of the world's most celebrated fermented foods. Using premium ingredients sourced directly from our family farm, you'll make three different types of kimchi while discovering the history, culture, and health benefits behind Korea's most beloved dish.
After the class, enjoy a homemade Korean meal featuring boiled pork (or seafood), freshly made kimchi, kimchi pancakes, homemade kimchi dumplings, and other delicious kimchi-inspired dishes.
