Important Information
- All participants must bring their original, valid passport on the day of the tour to enter the DMZ
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals to meet the military schedule in DMZ
- The schedule and itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather conditions, or official regulations and as the DMZ is a military-controlled area, access may be restricted or the tour may be cancelled due to the military issue for your safety (In such cases, an alternative tour may be provided, or a full refund will be provided for the affected booking)
- No specific dress code is required, but photography may be restricted in designated areas
- The 3rd Infiltration Tunnel involves a steep uphill/downhill walk and may be challenging for elderly visitors or those with mobility difficulties or health concerns
- Travelers can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour to receive a full refund
