Escale is a unique multisensory dining experience in Seoul that blends fine dining, immersive visual art, and storytelling into one unforgettable journey.
Inspired by the idea of a “stopover” (escale in French), this experience invites guests to travel across different cultures and atmospheres through food. Over the course of a curated multi-course tasting menu, each dish represents a new destination, mood, or chapter of the journey.
As the courses change, the room transforms around you with projection mapping, cinematic visuals, ambient soundscapes, and subtle lighting design, creating the feeling of moving through different worlds without ever leaving your seat.
The menu is carefully crafted with seasonal ingredients and creative techniques, combining modern gastronomy with artistic plating. Drink pairings are designed to complement each course and enhance the narrative of the experience.

Important Information
- Show duration: approximately 2 hours
- Guests must arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. Doors close 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in ticket cancellation
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
