Description

By the end of your session, you’ll leave with a shoulder bag or passport wallet that you burnished and stitched yourself. BAUMERO is a leather brand based in Gangnam, and this class takes place in the same studio where our own collections are made. You’ll choose a design and create it from start to finish with a designer working beside you at the bench. Most guests have never worked with leather before, while experienced makers are also welcome. We adjust the class to suit your level. There is no fixed group schedule and no clock to beat. You’ll burnish and paint the edges, then hand-stitch each piece using the saddle-stitch technique, working at whatever pace suits you. Along the way, you’ll learn how a bag or wallet is constructed and gain a better understanding of how to recognize a well-made leather product. Making a bag usually takes a full day. • Some designs cost more than the booked option. Any difference is settled at the studio
• A friendly dog lives at the studio. Let us know in advance if you'd rather not be around dogs
