Perinteinen korealainen
Temppeliruoka perustuu kasvisruokaan eikä se ole täällä poikkeus. Ruoka on täällä tiukasti vegaanista buddhalaisruokaa: se tarkoittaa, ettei lihaa eikä mereneläviä ole. Ei myöskään mausteita kuten valkosipulia ja sipulia, vaan sen sijaan ruoka maustetaan temppelissä valmistetuilla käyneillä kastikkeilla ja tuoreilla luomuvihanneksilla. Balwoo Gongyang tarjoaa herkullista ja maukasta ruokaa. Alkoholia ei tarjota, mutta voi tuoda omat juomat ja niistä peritään korkkimaksu. Aitoa buddhalaista temppeliruokaa.
