Koreans know their meat and the variety of meat cuts being used in Korean cuisine is baffling. At Heukdon-Ga they specialize in Pork cuts from the Jeju Island Black Pork and they do it well. Expect a restaurant full of company employees, Samsung in particular, as it is located right behind Samsung Seocho Town, the new global headquarter of Samsung Group. But don't let that discourage you. Experience an authentic BBQ setting surrounded with Korean business people and go for the Classic Ogyeopsal or the marbled textural wonder of Kabri-sal.

The prices are reasonable so don't be afraid of ordering a little bit of everything if you are in a party of 3-4 people. Menu has English explanation.

Kabri-sal is 14.000 WON for 150g.

Ogyeop-sal is 16.000 WON for 170g.
