ヒュンダイの開発部門の元本部は、ダニエル・リーブスキンドによって大胆な外観に仕上げられ、地元のファームHimma Architecture Studioと協力しています。

‘タンジェント’とも呼ばれるこの直径62mのアルミリングはガラスのカーテンウォールに“浮かんでいる”ように配置されており、リーブスキンドによれば、自然の円を象徴しています。同時に、構造の側面を貫く対角線ベクトルはテクノロジーを象徴し、建物と下の公共広場との素材的なつながりを果たしています。
