Hoban's specialty is Korean blood sausage. If you dont feel adventurous enough you should probably go somewhere else. The blood sausage is house made and you need to wash it down with soju, the local fire water. If you still haven't tried soju then this is a good place to try first. Expect to see lots of locals drinking soju with their side dishes here.
