Mingles

Michelin starred contemporary Korean dining

With a 4.8 review average out of almost 70 people reviewing Mingles, they hype is real. We haven't been, but some of our friends have, including chefs and self proclaimed foodies and they all say Mingles is legit. It is fine dining food that works. Often Modern Korean restaurants do not live up to the hype and plating, but the flavors are there and the Michelin inspectors must think so too, Mingles have 1 star in their latest guide for Seoul.

These are the words from Michelin: 'Since 2014, this contemporary fine dining establishment has captured the imagination of even the most discerning palates with Chef Kang Mingoo's new and bold creations that pay respect to Korea's culinary heritage. Traditional fermented condiments and vinegar-'jang' and 'cho'-play integral roles in the dishes, even dessert. Traditional liquor pairing is offered in addition to wine pairing.'
