Best beef soup in Seoul?

Traditional Korean
Hadongkwan is a personal favorite of ours. The soup they serve is called Gomtang in Korean and has a deep lingering flavor and the beef goes perfect with the broth, rice, leeks and kimchi. It's served warm not hot but that's how it's been done for the past 70 years at this spot. The current owner Mrs. H. Y. Kim has stood by the Gomtang pot for over 40 years and there are absolutely no artifical flavors here. The kimchi is also worth coming here for. 

The only minus is their opening hours. They close at 4PM. Other than that we're big fans of this insitution in Myeongdong.
