Traditional Korean

In the basement of Ssamzie-Gil Complex in the middle of Insadong lies one of the best Bibimbap restaurants in Seoul. this outpost of a famous Jeolla-do bibimbap stop is pretty darn pleasing.

Not many people know that Gogung is in the basement of the Ssamzie-Gil Shopping Complex. Once in there, people are more concerned with shopping accessories and indulging in the sights. But if you find your way down to Gogung, you'll have a great meal.

Gogung serves up traditional Jeonju bibimbap. Jeonju City is the birthplace of bibimbap. The traditional Jeonju bibimbap is eaten in a brass bowl. Rice made with bone soup is mixed and eaten with bean sprouts, meat sashimi, wild vegetables and nuts.
